This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant in Innovation Management to join a Paris-based firm that's redefining how companies leverage R&D and tax strategy to drive growth. Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on their innovation strategies and R&D tax credit eligibility
- Analyse technical and financial aspects of innovation projects across diverse sectors
- Prepare and deliver detailed documentation to support funding and tax relief claims
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including technical, legal and financial experts
- Contribute to business development through market analysis and client engagement
- Stay informed on changes to relevant tax regulations and innovation funding schemes
- Support the firm's broader consulting services related to real estate taxation and regulatory impacts
- 5+ years' experience in innovation funding, R&D tax credit consultancy or a related advisory field
- Strong technical understanding of innovation processes and/or R&D activities
- Proven ability to work with clients across engineering, scientific or technological domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a client-facing role
- A collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the French research tax credit (CIR) or similar international schemes is a strong advantage
This role offers a truly attractive package, including six-figure compensation, regular team-building events, and around ten additional RTT days on top of standard leave. The team works from Haussmann-style offices near Madeleine, complete with a rooftop terrace and inspiring city views. Hybrid working arrangements include two days of teleworking per week.
