This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and loves crafting compelling stories that inspire and influence audiences worldwide.
About the Role:
As Account Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of international clients spanning airlines, destinations, and travel brands. You'll deliver integrated, cross-market campaigns that build visibility, engagement, and reputation — from trade media to consumer storytelling.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading daily client communications and delivering PR activity across 3–5 accounts.
- Developing and executing multi-market B2B and B2C campaigns within travel and aviation.
- Managing press office activity — from media outreach and enquiries to monitoring and reporting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with global teams and media partners.
- Creating high-quality content including press releases, articles, digital copy, and thought leadership.
- Coordinating international events, media trips, and creative activations.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the agency's collaborative culture.
- Supporting new business initiatives through research, proposals, and case study input.
What We're Looking For:
- Communications experience (agency background preferred).
- Proven experience managing both B2B and consumer campaigns in travel and/or aviation.
- Strong strategic and creative skills, with confidence delivering across multiple markets.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a global perspective.
- Excellent relationship builder with media, clients, and partners.
- Business level English; additional languages (e.g. Turkish, German, French) advantageous.
- Eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel internationally.
