With a growing client base in the industrial real estate sector, the firm is seeking to bring accounting-based valuation expertise in-house and is now hiring for a January 2026 start.
About the Role

You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of cases, focused on industrial properties assessed using accounting methods. Local Taxation Consultant Key Responsibilities
- Lead client cases related to local taxation, particularly CFE and TFPB
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, invoices, and fixed assets
- Apply accounting-based valuation methods to industrial premises
- Collaborate with the wider team through regular production and R&D meetings
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, rigour, and client service in all deliverables
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Education
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (flexible if attitude and learning agility are strong)
- Prior exposure to local taxation and industrial real estate
- Legal or tax-focused academic background is a plus
- Accounting skills desirable but can be developed internally
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of CFE and TFPB
- Proficiency in analysing balance sheets and fixed assets
- Confident working with invoices and financial data
- Advanced Excel user
