We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to oversee production and supply chain operations for our global fairs. This role is central to ensuring materials, logistics, and on-site execution run smoothly, with a focus on supplier coordination, order tracking, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities of an Exhibition Project Manager- Act as the main link between Fair Production and Supply Chain teams.
- Consolidate material needs from project teams and liaise with suppliers.
- Support supplier evaluation and provide feedback on performance, pricing, and delivery.
- Track, document, and coordinate material requirements across projects.
- Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and readiness of all production materials.
- Anticipate and resolve potential delays impacting project timelines.
- Lead logistics on-site, including freight receipt, loading, and unloading.
- Oversee on-site activities during setup and execution phases.
- Track supplier costs and support finance teams with accurate budgeting.
- Promote sustainable practices across the supply chain and production processes.
- Travel to up to three international fairs annually to support on-site delivery.
- 5β7+ years' experience in project management, supply chain, or exhibition/event production.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge preferred.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and supplier relationships.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including weekends during peak events.
- Fluency in English, German, French, or Arabic is an advantage.
