We are seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of a cultural art event. This role demands excellence in logistics, partner coordination, and the seamless delivery of all physical and technical elements in a fast‐paced, high‐performance environment. You will lead cross‐functional teams, manage complex timelines, vendor relations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of global events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational planning and execution for assigned international events, managing site infrastructure, technical services, logistics, and health and safety.
  • Oversee production budgets, vendor contracts, and on‐site event delivery, ensuring all elements are on track and meet the highest standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for exhibition halls, contractors, security, and local authorities to ensure smooth event flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sponsorship, Events, VIP, Digital) to integrate operational needs and support event activations.
  • Manage production schedules and site layout planning, from design to final delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Operations Associate and additional team members.

Profile Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in event production, operations, or large‐scale logistics, ideally in cultural or live event settings.
  • Strong vendor management and budget handling experience.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours during event periods.
