We’re working with a leading global design practice to find a proactive and highly organised Communications Coordinator to join their London studio. With a presence across multiple continents and a reputation for design excellence, sustainability and innovation, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to grow their communications career within a creative, purpose-driven environment.

About the Communications Coordinator Role

You’ll work closely with the Communications Manager and wider Marketing team, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications activity across their London and Dublin studios.

Key Responsibilities of the Communications Coordinator

  • PR activity across projects, thought leadership, studio news and people initiatives
  • Creating and coordinating content for social media platforms
  • Maintaining and updating website content
  • Managing award submissions and ceremony attendance
  • Internal communications across studio teams
  • Coordinating photography shoots and maintaining image libraries
  • Researching speaking opportunities and managing industry engagement initiatives
  • Maintaining marketing documentation, databases and online libraries

About You — The Ideal Communications Coordinator

  • A strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Genuinely interested in architecture, design, sustainability, and the built environment
  • Eager to learn and develop within a communications and marketing role

Skills and Experience Required for a Communications Coordinator Role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Experience with Canva or OpenAsset
  • Background in architecture, design, engineering or construction
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, English, or Business Management is preferred but not essential
