If AI is already how you work rather than a tool you reach for, this one is built for you.

Hanson Search is partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led business to find their next AI Marketing Manager, someone to build an AI-native marketing engine from the front line in a place where speed, output and good judgement win.

About the company: AI Marketing Manager

Our client is a technology-first Saa S business, growing fast and backed by the scale and resources of a global category leader.

They pair the pace and energy of a scale-up with the stability of an established parent, which gives them the freedom to move quickly and the muscle to lead their market.

Marketing sits close to the commercial engine, the products are genuinely modern and data-rich, and AI is embedded in how the teams work rather than bolted on.

The role This is a highly executional role.

You will own campaigns, content and product marketing support end to end, moving fast, producing high-quality work and iterating constantly.

AI tooling is your primary operating layer, not a productivity bonus.

You will sit at the centre of the marketing function, working closely with Revenue to keep pipeline moving and make sure nothing stalls.

  • You will love this role if you
  • Love owning campaigns end to end across paid (Linked In, Google, Meta), email and organic, from brief to live to optimisation.
  • Use AI to accelerate everything, from copy variants and targeting logic to performance iteration and quick stakeholder reporting, and can read results fast and call what to scale and what to cut.
  • Enjoy producing content at volume and to a high standard across long-form, social, email, landing pages and sales enablement, with the editorial judgement to know when it is ready.
  • Like building prompt libraries and asset workflows the wider team can use.
  • Get energy from turning product and competitive insight into positioning, battlecards and enablement that lands with buyers.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Around four years or more in B2B marketing, with hands-on ownership across campaigns and content.
  • Daily, embedded use of AI tools in a professional context. This should already be how you work.
  • Grit and a genuine bias for speed. You lean in when things get hard and ship without waiting for perfect conditions, and you have a track record to prove it.
  • Highly executional, able to go from strategy to delivery without a large team behind you.
  • Strong editorial judgement and analytical instincts in equal measure.
  • Fluency with CRM and marketing automation (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Braze or similar), and the ability to work autonomously without a brief writing itself.
  • Nice to have: no-code automation (Zapier, Make. com), data enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, Zoom Info), hands-on experience with AI research and coding environments such as Claude or Cursor, and AI design tools such as Midjourney, Canva AI or Lovable.
  • Looking after you
  • Reward. A competitive salary plus a performance bonus.
  • Time off. 25 days holiday plus duvet days, a half day off every quarter, and a day off for your birthday.
  • In the office. Free lunch, a cycle to work scheme and discounted gym membership.
  • Health and security. Private medical healthcare, a dental plan and pension.
  • The extras. Perkbox discounts and goodies across a range of brands.
  • The details
  • Salary. £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus performance bonus.
  • Working pattern. In office five days a week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
  • Location. Central London, close to Farringdon.
