We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead high-profile financial services accounts across banking, asset management, insurance, and related sectors. This is a senior client-facing role focused on delivering strategic communications, strong media engagement, and trusted client counsel. The role has a global scope and is based out of their London office.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main client contact for key financial services accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver strategic PR and communications plans that align with clients' business goals.
- Lead and inspire account teams, providing clear direction, feedback, and professional development support.
- Oversee campaign execution, content development, media outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive organic growth within accounts and support new business opportunities.
- Manage account budgets, profitability, and resource allocation.
- Provide expert counsel on issues and crisis communications for financial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior journalists and industry influencers.
