Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated consumer campaigns across earned media and influencer marketing, from concept to activation and evaluation.
- Lead day-to-day client work, building trusted relationships and ensuring high-quality output.
- Develop campaign plans and contribute to influencer strategies, including talent identification, negotiations, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.
- Create press materials, manage sell-ins, and contribute to media relations, ambassador activations, and launch events.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, oversee reporting, and communicate updates to clients effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams across digital, production, and planning for integrated campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Support new business development through proposals, pitches, and agency marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PR agency, with success in consumer and influencer-led campaigns.
- Confidence working with influencers, with a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and talent management best practices.
- Broad knowledge of the UK media environment and strategies to achieve earned media results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch, present, and liaise effectively with clients and media.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Digital savvy, understanding the evolving role of social media in consumer behavior.
