Head of Performance Marketing Role
- Lead and optimise performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok and more
- Build and execute retention strategies through CRM, lifecycle, loyalty, email, and SMS marketing
- Own the customer journey from first click to repeat purchase, maximising LTV and loyalty
- Partner with brand and creative teams to deliver high-converting campaigns
- Analyse, test, and iterate to accelerate DTC growth
Requirements
- Proven track record in performance marketing within FMCG, consumer goods, or DTC
- Hands-on experience with paid social, search, CRM, Klaviyo, and Shopify
- Retention-first mindset, turning customers into loyal superfans
- Strategic leadership combined with a hands-on approach in a fast-growth environment
- Data-driven, commercial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
