We are partnering with a fast-growing, innovative company to find their next Head of Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy and make a significant impact on their growth journey.
As the Head of Acquisition, you will own the strategy across paid media, performance marketing, and new market entry. You will manage multi-million-pound marketing budgets, optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC), and drive scalable, predictable growth. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and the marketing team to ensure that performance marketing efforts align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute a full-funnel, multi-channel acquisition strategy (paid social, search, display, affiliate marketing) for both UK and international markets.
- Manage a significant media budget, optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROAS to ensure profitability.
- Build and lead a talented team of paid media specialists, growth marketers, and analysts.
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Leverage data and analytics to create performance dashboards, forecasting models, and growth playbooks.
- Support international market growth by driving go-to-market strategies for new regions and products.
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives across B2B, DTC, and retail channels.
- 5β8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or e-commerce growth roles.
- Proven experience managing Β£1M+ monthly ad spend across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
- Expertise in customer acquisition, marketing funnels, financial modelling, and cohort analysis.
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenues and reducing CAC across multiple markets.
- Leadership experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with fast-growing e-commerce or DTC businesses.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
