Own B2B CRM from end to end and put AI at the heart of how a high-growth SaaS business talks to its customers. Hanson Search is partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led business to find their next CRM Manager.
About the company: High Growth Saas Business
Our client is a technology-first SaaS business, growing fast and backed by the scale and resources of a global category leader. They pair the pace and energy of a scale-up with the stability of an established parent, which gives them the freedom to move quickly and the muscle to lead their market. Marketing sits close to the commercial engine, the products are genuinely modern and data-rich, and AI is embedded in how the teams work rather than bolted on.
The role: CRM Manager
Sitting within the Revenue team, you will own the B2B CRM strategy across the entire client lifecycle. You will design and optimise automated client journeys, deliver targeted communications, and use data, experimentation and AI to drive activation, retention and revenue growth. This is a hands‑on role. You will write the copy, build the journeys and read the results, using AI as your primary operating layer rather than an occasional add‑on.
You will love this role if you
- Enjoy owning CRM end to end, turning the customer lifecycle and commercial goals into a clear communications roadmap.
- Are genuinely AI‑native and are always looking for the next place to embed AI across copywriting, personalisation, QA and workflow automation.
- Like building and optimising automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, adoption, renewal, win‑back and expansion, and writing the copy and emails yourself.
- Get energy from working across Data, Product, Sales and Customer Success to sharpen targeting and keep campaigns shipping on schedule.
- Enjoy running a constant test‑and‑learn programme, using AI to generate and evaluate variants faster than manual testing allows.
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience in B2B CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer marketing within a commercial environment.
- A track record of building CRM strategies that drive engagement, retention and revenue growth.
- Hands‑on experience designing, building and optimising automated lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys.
- Confidence with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience with Braze and Salesforce is desirable.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS, technology or similarly complex commercial environment.
- A strong grasp of customer segmentation, behavioural targeting and data‑driven marketing, and the ability to turn campaign performance into continuous improvement.
- Excellent written communication, and the instinct to embed AI tools that make marketing more effective and efficient.
Looking after you
- Reward. A competitive salary plus a performance bonus.
- Time off. 25 days holiday plus duvet days, and a day off for your birthday.
- In the office. Free lunch, a cycle to work scheme and discounted gym membership.
- Health and security. Private medical healthcare, a dental plan and pension.
- The extras. Perkbox discounts and goodies across a range of brands.
The details
- Salary. £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, plus performance bonus.
- Working pattern. In office four days a week.
- Location. Central London, close to Farringdon.
