This role offers the opportunity to work either in London or remotely in the UAE, creating compelling and engaging content for Hanson Search Group. You will be responsible for writing, editing and optimising web pages, blogs, reports, thought leadership articles and marketing materials to drive reputation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write Thought Leadership Pieces and relevant industry news/insights articles to establish the brand as a trusted voice in recruitment and talent advisory.
  • Produce Reports and Event Write-ups to support marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Edit and Write Up Interviews to showcase industry expertise and perspectives.
  • Develop Marketing Literature that communicates the value of our services to clients and candidates.
  • Research Topics related to recruitment, talent advisory and freelance/consultancy markets to produce high-quality content.
  • Produce Recruitment Tips that attract new clients.
  • Update Website Content with SEO-optimised copy to improve search rankings and visibility.
  • Create SEO-Optimised Landing Pages for Hanson Search and The Work Crowd websites to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Edit Existing Website Pages to enhance SEO performance and ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with current trends.
  • Write and Produce Case Studies that highlight the success and impact of our services.
  • Develop Content to Attract New Business through both organic channels.

  • You have excellent writing experience, producing engaging, thought-leadership-style content that resonates with senior audiences.
  • You have a strong interest in business, current affairs, and global markets, combined with a curious mindset and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
  • You are adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable evolving alongside a growing business.
  • You are confident working remotely and able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.

  • You bring excellent writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and consistency in tone and style.
