As part of the Consumer team, you’ll be delivering impactful campaigns for high-profile clients, working closely with specialists across planning, digital, creative, content production, and media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality, creative consumer PR and social campaigns across major UK brands.
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, timely execution, and consistent campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, influencer, and media teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong media and influencer relationships to maximise coverage and engagement.
  • Draft compelling media materials, manage sell-ins, and respond proactively to the news agenda.
  • Provide day-to-day client counsel, managing expectations, and building trusted, consultative relationships.
  • Oversee junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow.
  • Prepare and deliver campaign updates, performance reports, and KPIs to best practice standards.
  • Contribute to new business development through pitches, proposals, and networking.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced PR agency environment, ideally working on consumer brands across sectors like FMCG, food, travel, or retail.
  • Strong understanding of earned media and what makes a great story, with experience in news generation, ambassador campaigns, and launch events.
  • Confident in managing client relationships and presenting campaign plans with clarity and impact.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects, with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft press releases, social content, and strategic documentation.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with a collaborative spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding work.
