We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in recruitment, focusing on the Communications sectors across the European market. We are open to two types of candidates: those with a background in Communications (corporate, brand, B2C, tech or Digital) who are keen to transition into recruitment, and experienced recruiters looking to specialise in the Communications sectors. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, helping clients secure top talent for their Communications teams across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients within the Communications, PR, Brand and Digital sectors across Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates, using multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry events.
- Screen, interview, and present candidates to clients, ensuring a high level of candidate care throughout the process.
- Advise clients on market trends, talent pools, and recruitment strategies specific to the Communications and Marketing industries.
- Collaborate with clients to develop clear and compelling job descriptions and role briefs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Option 1: A background in Communications, PR, or Digital, with a strong interest in transitioning into recruitment.
- Option 2: Previous experience in recruitment, with a desire to specialise in the Communications sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to sourcing and building a network of candidates.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of client needs and industry trends within Communications and Marketing.
- Native proficiency in German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish is required, with a strong command of English.
