We are seeking an experienced Brand and Reputation Director to join our team in London and advise senior clients on complex communications, corporate reputation, and crisis management. This is a senior leadership role that offers the chance to lead strategic advisory projects, manage integrated client teams, and contribute to business development across the agency.
Key Responsibilities of Brand and Reputation Director

Develop and deliver brand and reputation strategies that strengthen stakeholder trust in organisations and leadership.

Lead and mentor integrated client teams, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.

Provide senior counsel on corporate communications and urgent issues, including high-stakes crisis communications.

Guide clients through crisis preparedness, live incident response, and simulations.

Build strong relationships with senior client contacts and promote best practice in client management.

Key Requirements of Brand and Reputation Director
