We are seeking an Associate Director to lead client programs, drive business growth, and contribute to continued success.
Key Requirements:- Demonstrated expertise in a healthcare agency with a focus on policy, government affairs, and advocacy.
- Significant knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including its operating environment, commercial priorities, and regulatory landscape.
- Expertise and well-established connections within the health policy ecosystem.
- Proven track record of leading successful pitch processes and other business development activities.
- Experience implementing complex programs with measurable outcomes, managing matrix teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and policy landscape, either at a country (e.g., the UK) or multi-market/global level.
- Strong commercial skills and a robust understanding of financial management.
- Act as senior counsel for clients, building strong relationships, and developing high-impact programs.
- Take responsibility for all client communication and engagement, providing strategic advice on key healthcare landscape issues and trends.
- Drive growth in our client portfolio through proactive prospecting, lead generation, leading responses to RFPs, and pitching.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Manage, coach, and mentor teams to deliver consistently best-in-class work.
- Work with the Practice senior team to oversee operational delivery, including capacity planning, servicing, profitability, forecasting, and billing.
