Hanson Regan are looking for a Recruiter to help drive our internal hiring strategy and pursue, source and attract top talent to our growing organisation.
You’ll join a small but impactful Operations team, partnering closely with hiring managers across the business to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with working hours that can support individual needs. The role is primarily office-based in Bromley, Kent, with some flexibility available.

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Proactively sourcing candidates through headhunting, networking, and referrals supported with the use of LinkedIn and job boards
- Supporting onboarding activities alongside the HR team
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment trends
Proven experience as a Recruiter, proactively headhunting, sourcing, and networking to source and create interest with targeted potential candidates.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practice.
Understanding of employment law and GDPR compliance in recruitment.
Experience hiring office-based roles is essential.
