Are you a proactive recruiter who enjoys finding great talent and building strong relationships? Do you want to play a key role in shaping the growth of a successful recruitment business? Hanson Regan are looking for an In-House Recruiter to help drive our internal hiring strategy and attract top talent to our growing organisation.
You’ll join a small but impactful Operations team, partnering closely with hiring managers across the business to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of hiring while contributing to the continued growth and success of the company. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with working hours that can support individual needs. The role is primarily office-based in Bromley, with some flexibility available.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Coordinating and supporting interview processes
- Managing the offer stage, including salary discussions where required
- Supporting onboarding activities alongside the HR team
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an In-House Recruiter or similar recruitment role
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practice
- Understanding of employment law and GDPR compliance in recruitment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Experience hiring office-based roles is essential. Industry experience is helpful but not required.
What We Offer:
- Salary £35,000–£40,000 dependent on experience + commission
- Full-time or part-time options
- Flexible working arrangements (office based with some flexibility)
