Hanson Recruitment is looking to recruit Psychology Students and Psychology graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in schools in Bristol. We offer flexible, well-paid work opportunities in school settings to both Psychology students and Psychology graduates with a background in Psychology, Counselling, Neuro-Science as Teaching Assistants.
Teaching assistant responsibilities include:
- Providing both dedicated support to individual pupils and the other pupils in class
- Supporting the students' academic progress and development
- Following all school behaviour, safeguarding and Health and Safety policies
- Experience of working with children in any capacity
- Ability to work between hours during the week term-time.
The role of working as Teaching Assistant with a Psychology Background will enable you to use both your academic knowledge as a psychology student and inter-personal skills to support children in the classroom. You will be able to work flexible days around your studies or other commitments and can change your availability week by week. You will get paid weekly and work in a job that will complement your studies or psychology knowledge.

Term-time work during weekdays. Ability to take time-off during exam/holiday periods.
