We’re looking for individuals with personal experience as carers to work as teaching assistants in mainstream and special needs schools at the beginning of the next academic year (September 2025). Your insight, empathy, and dedication are incredibly valuable – and many of the schools we work with deeply appreciate the understanding that comes from real-life caring experience.

Working as a Teaching Assistant offers:

Duties & Tasks:

  • Working with Schools catering for Autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities
  • Supporting Physical disabilities or medical needs
  • Understanding the Social, emotional, or behavioural challenges young people face

Pay Rates: Β£85 - Β£100 per day (subject to experience and qualifications). This role is both full-time and part-time and during school hours, term-time only.
