We’re hiring nursery practitioners to work across nursery and school settings, including SEN environments and primary schools in Bath! Are you a qualified nursery worker looking to gain hands-on experience? We’re looking for passionate and reliable individuals to join our team and work in both nursery and school settings. We offer flexible and temporary work opportunities across the area. Whether you’re looking to work term-time only or throughout the year, we can help you find the right fit.

This is a great opportunity if you’re:

Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (6.5 hours) (subject to experience and qualifications). The work will be taking place in schools during the week during school hours (0830-1530 typically).

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing both dedicated support to individual children and in small group settings.
  • Collaborating with the classroom teacher and other staff members to provide a positive and safe environment.
  • Assisting with behaviour management and social-emotional development.
  • Following all school behaviour, safeguarding and Health and Safety policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

Required qualifications and attributes:

  • Experience working with children in any capacity.
  • Qualification or studying towards one.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic approach.
