We’re looking for a Plant Supervisor to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of our concrete plant. This is a varied role where you’ll be involved in everything from batching concrete and managing stock to maintaining the plant, supporting customers and making sure the site operates safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with colleagues, customers and the Order Office to make sure we deliver the right products, at the right quality, while maintaining excellent standards across the plant, yard and facilities.
What You’ll Be Doing As Plant Supervisor,

Why Join Us?
This isn’t a role where you’ll be sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll be at the heart of the operation, taking ownership of the plant and helping ensure our customers receive a great service. It’s an opportunity to build your knowledge of concrete production, plant operations, stock management, maintenance, quality, safety and environmental compliance, with training and development to help you continue building your career.
