Production Supervisor – Quarry Operations Location: Penmaenmawr Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £14.73-£14.96 ph + Benefits Lead with Safety. Deliver with Excellence.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Health & Safety Leadership
  • Enforcing compliance with statutory legislation and company safety policies
  • Leading by example in safe working practices and PPE usage
  • Holding the statutory appointment under Section 8 (1)(d) of the Quarries Regulations 1999
  • Conducting daily inspections and supporting contractor safety management
  • Ensuring weekly geotechnical inspections are completed
  • Customer & Quality Focus
  • Ensuring materials meet specifications and customer expectations
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Promoting the value of Heidelberg Materials through quality service and products
  • Operational Excellence
  • Supporting cost-effective purchasing and stock management
  • Assisting with profit estimations and operational reporting
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and ensuring timely servicing
  • Fostering strong team communication and identifying training needs
  • Upholding site standards, housekeeping, and community relations
