The Process Transformation Coordinator provides practical, day‑to‑day support to Project Managers and Senior Analysts working on transformation, re‑engineering, and automation initiatives within the BSC. The role focuses on completing defined tasks, maintaining project information, and supporting coordination activities to enable successful project delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Process & Change Support – Supports gathering information, data and evidence to inform process analysis and improvement activities. Assists with process documentation, testing activities and preparation of user materials under guidance. Ensures project outputs, documents and artefacts are stored, maintained and controlled in line with agreed standards.
- Project Administration & Task Delivery – Completes allocated project tasks under the direction of a Project Manager, Transformation Manager or Senior Transformation Analyst. Maintains project documentation including trackers, action logs and meeting records. Supports updates to project plans, milestones and reporting materials, ensuring data is accurate, current and shared appropriately.
- Meeting & Coordination Support – Organises project meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agendas and minute‑taking. Tracks actions and follows up with owners to support timely completion. Coordinates inputs, data and materials required for workshops, testing and implementation activities.
- Stakeholder Support – Communicates with stakeholders by sharing updates, materials and actions as directed. Acts as a reliable first point of contact for routine queries and requests, escalating issues, risks or questions to the appropriate lead.
- Learning & Development – Develops an understanding of basic project management principles, tools and transformation approaches. Follows agreed project delivery methodologies, templates and controls. Actively seeks feedback and learning opportunities to build capability, confidence and experience in transformation delivery.
