Key Accountabilities
- Subject Matter Expertise – systems expert and point of contact for all BSC reporting tools, providing support and training to team members and other teams across the BSC to upskill their interpretation and utilisation of reports.
- Reporting services – oversee the preparation of regular and ad‑hoc reporting, ensuring information is delivered in a timely and accurate manner to meet both internal and group requirements.
- People Management – recruit, develop and retain a suitably skilled workforce to deliver required activities on a stable and uninterrupted basis.
- Report Development – pro‑actively seek out and implement process improvements in reporting tools and processes to increase efficiency of report production, drive automation of data refreshes and interfaces, and work with Major Projects teams to ensure timely reporting for new and emerging business.
- Stakeholder Management – reach out to stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs keep up with the changing needs of the business and continue to provide relevant, concise, and accurate information.
Education / Qualification
Accounting background, or proven system / data analytics skillset in a finance environment.
