KEY SKILLS:
- Experience of delivering business resilience frameworks within the financial services, ideally insurance.
- Knowledge of relevant regulation including the PRA and FCA requirements for Operational Resilience and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
- Some experience of designing and facilitating scenario stress testing exercises.
THE ROLE:
You will work to lead and strengthen the clients operational resilience framework by identifying, assessing, testing, and mitigating risks across the organisation. You will take ownership of third-party risk management, business continuity planning, incident management, IT and cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and AI-related initiatives into a coordinated function along with owning and incorporating the Business Impact Assessment. You will provide support on the implementation of the clients International's business resilience framework, ensuring alignment with the Corporation framework as well as all relevant regulatory requirements including UK Operational Resilience and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
