We are currently supporting a well-known Specialty Insurer on an exciting International Cash and Treasury Management transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join the team.

The Opportunity

As the Finance Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Project Manager, business stakeholders, SMEs, and Solution Architecture teams to analyse current processes, define future-state requirements, and support the successful delivery of Treasury transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") Treasury processes and data flows
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders
  • Produce high-quality BA documentation including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
  • Support the assessment and improvement of cash reporting, forecasting, and treasury processes
  • Review current systems landscape and identify tactical improvements and opportunities
  • Work with Solution Architecture teams to align business requirements with solution design
  • Support change activities including impact assessments, communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement
