Scrum Master

My highly-reputable Specialty Insurance client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for software development teams within the London Insurance Market.

You will play a pivotal role in facilitating the delivery of innovative, high-quality software solutions that support underwriting, claims management, policy administration, and other core insurance processes. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and the unique dynamics of insurance technology within a regulated market.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for multiple software development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and best practices.
• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to optimize team performance.
• Drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective backlog management and continuous integration/deployment practices.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on software delivery objectives.
