We’re partnered with a leading organisation within the insurance market, looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their Change function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of delivering key change initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the ongoing evolution of the Change Management framework across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage large and/or multiple smaller change initiatives within the Change Management framework
- Own end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to implementation and handover
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, accounting for dependencies and resource requirements
- Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and IT teams
- Develop, maintain, and regularly review Business Cases throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and appropriately stored
- Challenge requirements and assumptions to ensure optimal solutions are delivered
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clear understanding of requirements
- Present complex information clearly, providing insight and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, and transition into business-as-usual
- Champion continuous improvement and support the evolution of the Change Management framework
About You
- Proven Project Management experience within insurance (London Market experience highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and project delivery methodologies
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Proactive, inquisitive, and solutions-focused approach
