A large and well-respected London Market Syndicate is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team. The Change Team is assigned to a portfolio of large-scale, strategic transformation initiatives that cover everything, with the exception of Security and Infrastructure/upgrade projects (which IT handles).

Experience:

  • Experience in project delivery in the Lloyd’s and/or London Market, preferably within a carrier.
  • This experience must be in underwriting/commercially focused roles.
  • Candidates with past experience in functional roles, such as Underwriting, Claims, Operations, etc., will be prioritized.
  • Examples of relevant exposure/experience on projects could include Underwriting Policy Admin Solutions (PAS), Underwriting Workbench, Claims, Pricing, Exposure Management, and Delegated/Lloyd’s.
  • Be confident, self-sufficient, and proactive.
  • We actively encourage initiative and creativity to achieve results beyond conventional methods.
  • Awareness of the end-to-end process of delivering Change, i.e., initiating, planning, budgeting, testing, vendor management, usage, and embedding.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder and senior leadership team management with effective communication and diplomacy skills.
