Marketing & Sales Support Lead | InsurTech | London (Hybrid) | Up to £50,000
We're hiring a Marketing & Sales Support Lead for a fast-growing InsurTech. This is a dual-function role sitting at the intersection of brand and commercial, ideal for someone who's equally comfortable crafting content as they are supporting a live sales process.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing a LinkedIn presence with weekly content
- Running the company website and keeping it sharp
- Coordinating client events and industry conferences
- Developing client case studies and co-branded campaigns
- Supporting the Sales Director through the full client journey, from first meeting to onboarding
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a marketing, sales support, or BD coordination role (B2B or tech environment ideal)
- Strong written communication skills and confidence in a client-facing setting
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small team
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and CMS platforms
- Experience working in insurance, either with a an insurance carrier, broker or insurtech provider
Up to £50,000 | Hybrid | London-based with one day/week in Chelmsford.
