We're hiring a Product Owner (Data Transformation) to join a leading Tier-1 London Market insurer.

What you'll do:

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog for key data transformation initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams.
  • Drive delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions that support underwriting, claims, finance, and compliance functions.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, UAT, adoption, and value realisation activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within data transformation, migration, or analytics programmes.
  • London Market Insurance/Reinsurance experience (essential).
  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, ETL/ELT, BI tools).
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience (ADO, Confluence).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CSPO or SAFe certifications.
  • Knowledge of ACORD / Blueprint Two.
  • Exposure to AI/ML products.
