We're hiring a Product Owner (Data Transformation) to join a leading Tier-1 London Market insurer.
What you'll do:
- Own and prioritise the product backlog for key data transformation initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams.
- Drive delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions that support underwriting, claims, finance, and compliance functions.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, UAT, adoption, and value realisation activities.
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within data transformation, migration, or analytics programmes.
- London Market Insurance/Reinsurance experience (essential).
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, ETL/ELT, BI tools).
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience (ADO, Confluence).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- CSPO or SAFe certifications.
- Knowledge of ACORD / Blueprint Two.
- Exposure to AI/ML products.
