Client Partner β Insurance (Senior Commercial Leader)

As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and expand key client relationships within the Insurance sector.
This is a senior, strategic role within the Commercial function, responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening executive-level relationships, and ensuring exceptional delivery across complex client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive account growth strategy, delivering sustained revenue expansion (targeting 20%+ growth)
- Build long-term, high-value client partnerships
- Develop and manage a strong opportunity pipeline aligned to go-to-market plans
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within existing accounts
Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (including C-level)
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Spend significant time engaging directly with clients to understand their strategic priorities
- Own full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
- Deliver against revenue, margin, and forecasting targets
- Manage financial risks and ensure accurate projections
Strategic Planning & Delivery
- Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with client objectives
- Drive innovation in solutions, commercial models, and engagement approaches
- Support large-scale transformation initiatives and complex programmes
Operational Excellence
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and delivery standards
- Embed best practices and continuous improvement across the account
