We’re working with a global insurance business that is continuing to grow and invest in its change function, offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, shaping business processes, and playing a key role across the full project lifecycle. You’ll act as the bridge between business units and delivery teams, helping to solve complex business problems through effective and well-defined solutions.
The Role
- Elicit, define, and document business processes and requirements across multiple business areas
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Support delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Drive improvements by recommending more efficient processes and solutions
- Manage requirements, scope, and changes throughout delivery
- Review outputs to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing business queries
About You
- Proven Business Analysis experience within the insurance sector
- Strong understanding of the London Market (preferred)
- Confident engaging stakeholders and running workshops/interviews
- Experience working across the SDLC
- Ability to challenge, influence, and shape business processes
