We're partnered with a leading technology provider to the London insurance market, who are looking for a Junior Account / Customer Success Executive to join their growing Customer Success team. This is a brilliant opportunity to get close to some of the most recognisable names in Lloyd's and the London Market and to make a genuine impact from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll work directly alongside the Global Head of Customer Success, becoming a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Running monthly check-ins, tracking how clients are using the platform post go-live, feeding their needs back into our product roadmap, and helping coordinate user groups and workshops.
  • You’ll be the bridge between their customers and internal teams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What they’re looking for:

  • Some experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role (internships count).
  • Comfortable with CRM tools — they use HubSpot.
  • Sharp communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple clients at once.
  • A genuine interest in insurance or financial services.
  • London Market knowledge is a bonus, not a barrier. If you’re working towards your LM1 or curious about the industry, we’d love to hear from you.
