New permanent Operations Analyst opportunity working with a leading London Market insurer. Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office). Salary up to £40k + bonus & excellent benefits package.
KEY SKILLS

- Knowledge of Lloyds processes (USMs, data entry, underwriting support) desirable
- Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and general MS Office skills
THE ROLE
You will support multiple underwriting teams with the day-to-day running of underwriting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all administrative processes. Responsibilities include managing risk and aggregate data entry queries, performing data quality checks, and validating Underwriter Signing Messages (USMs).
You will build strong relationships with underwriters and key stakeholders, attending team meetings to stay aligned with business activity and identify opportunities to provide further operational support. You will also support delivery against SLAs and KPIs, maintain process documentation, and act as a key point of contact for underwriting-related queries, escalating where appropriate.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience within the insurance market, ideally within an underwriting support or operations-focused role. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data.
You will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships across teams. Experience working with underwriting systems or Lloyds processes is advantageous, alongside a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within the London Market.
