HG Group is seeking skilled and motivated Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) to join our expanding team and work in Salisbury. You will assist in the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care throughout the perioperative journey. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure patient safety and contribute to the smooth running of theatre services.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an ODP.
- Minimum of 6 months recent post-qualification experience in a theatre setting.
- Sound knowledge of perioperative practice, surgical procedures, and theatre protocols.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends).
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undertake a DBS check.
- Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, Infection Control).
