Job Title: Registered Midwife Location: South West England Pay Rate: £22 – 46 per hour HG Group is looking for a compassionate and skilled Midwife to join our fast-growing Healthcare Recruitment Agency. As a Midwife, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care and support to pregnant women, facilitating childbirth, and promoting maternal and newborn health. From antenatal care to labour and delivery, postnatal care, and breastfeeding support, you will utilise your expertise and empathy to empower women and families and ensure positive birth experiences. QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS * Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Midwife. * A minimum of six months of post-qualification experience as a Midwife within the preceding three years is required at the time of application. * Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based midwife practices. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. * Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centred care. * Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo a DBS check. * Completion of mandatory training relevant to the role (e.g. BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control, Health and Safety, Safeguarding Adults and Children, and etc).
