Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing and negotiations with the client
  • Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product/service vendors
  • Develop and generate potential opportunities in different retail segments, such as grocery, DIY, pharmacy, etc. in UK and Ireland
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with key potential customers and eco-system partners
  • Responsible for assisting in achieving sales targets for the Hanshow UK region
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve the order fulfillment efficiency and forecast accuracy
  • Research into the UK and Ireland market and develop and implement the strategic business plans for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Internal communications with the UK and EU colleagues including presales, supply chain, after sales and marketing teams
  • Explore and attend retail or other related exhibitions to promote Hanshow solutions and values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2-5 years’ experience in sales or a relevant field
  • Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) are desirable but not essential
