Job Description Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for local projects delivery (from project planning, implementation, risk & cost control up to maintenance service delivery) and customer satisfaction. Overseeing all POC stores from a hands-on perspective to ensure that trials are successfully installed and supported. There will be an expectation for UK wide travel and onsite presence for most POC installations that Hanshow undertake. Traveling time can be 40%+ of working week Training Hanshow partners to be capable in successfully installing any POC or project rollouts Fully understand customer requirements for the projects, documenting and communicating these to the rest of the Hanshow Team. Create and communicate all required project documentation, including Project Scope, Project Plans, Record of Project Costs, and Risk Register. Continually challenge any assumptions in these where necessary. Communicate with team members where applicable, ensuring the achievement of the Project Plan. Mobilise all necessary resources for hardware delivery and installation, software & system deployment, upgrading, maintenance and technical support, etc. Work closely with after-sales engineers and R&D team to respond to customer’s technical requests.
