Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing and negotiations with the client.
  • Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product/service vendors.
  • Develop and generate potential opportunities in different retail segments, such as grocery, DIY, pharmacy, etc. in UK and Ireland.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with key potential customers and eco-system partners.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets for the Hanshow UK region.
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve order fulfillment efficiency and forecast accuracy.
  • Research into the UK and Ireland market and develop and implement strategic business plans for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Internal communications with the UK and EU colleagues including presales, supply chain, after sales, and marketing teams.
  • Explore and attend retail or other related exhibitions to promote Hanshow solutions and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in sales or a relevant field.
  • Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) are desirable but not essential.
