The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Hammersmith office. This is a pivotal role, ensuring a seamless employee experience while creating a welcoming, high-performing workplace environment. You’ll act as a central point of contact across the office, supporting employees, senior stakeholders, and external partners. We value collaboration and this role is to be based in our Hammersmith Office, full time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional, well-functioning environment
  • Manage workspace logistics including hot desk bookings and utilisation reporting
  • Act as the main point of contact for office communication, visitors, and enquiries
  • Coordinate company meetings, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support People & Culture with onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience activities
  • Maintain health & safety compliance, including training and fire safety coordination
  • Manage travel coordination across EMEA, acting as a key point of expertise
  • Provide administrative and calendar support to senior leadership
  • Liaise with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, IT, facilities) to maintain high standards
  • Manage office supplies, budgets, and inventory across all areas
  • Lead social and engagement initiatives to build a vibrant office culture
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked (supplies, refreshments, weekly provisions)
  • Oversee access control, post services, and general facilities management

About You

You’re a confident, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels. You will bring:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience managing office operations or workplace environments
  • Proficiency with MS Office and workplace tools
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks
  • A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
