An exciting opportunity to join a growing internal transformation team within a leading international organisation.
This Transformation Manager role offers the chance to shape and deliver large-scale strategic change across a complex global business within professional services sector.
The Role
As a Transformation Manager, you'll report to the Senior Transformation Manager and work closely with business and technology teams to design and deliver meaningful, cross-functional change.
Your work will include:
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Supporting organisational transformation across structure, culture, processes and governance
- Enhancing member- and customer-facing service models
- Leading or supporting end-to-end delivery of change across IT, finance, front-office and operational functions
- Using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and drive transformation outcomes
About You
We're looking for a confident, proactive transformation professional who can lead and shape initiatives in a fast-moving, evolving environment. You’ll be a strong communicator, problem-solver and collaborator who thrives in complex stakeholder landscapes.
This role would particularly suit someone coming from a Big 4 consultancy background who is looking to move in-house.
Essential:
- 5+ years’ experience in management consultancy or complex delivery roles
- Proven experience in operating model design, organisational design and programme delivery
- Exposure to multi-functional projects across finance, IT or operations
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement and change delivery capability
