We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a leading international insurance organisation as part of a growing Transformation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering business and technology change across a global business, working closely with senior stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists.

Working across a range of transformation initiatives, you will support process improvement, systems change, requirements gathering, and agile product delivery within a fast-paced environment.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing stakeholders, and driving meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements.
  • Map as-is and to-be processes using BPMN 2.0 methodologies.
  • Develop data flow diagrams and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end business testing.
  • Deliver training and support change adoption across global teams.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an insurance environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, pricing, or rating.
  • Experience working within agile product teams.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, process mapping, and business process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
