We're currently working alongside a leading PE-backed Financial Services organisation in their search for an Interim FP&A Manager. The role will run for an initial 6 week period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 2/3 days per week in the office. Our client is looking for this person to play a key role in keeping core FP&A activities running with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel modelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day FP&A processes and reporting
- Build, refine, and manage complex Excel models
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities
- Ensure continuity of financial insights during system transition
- Work closely with the Associate Director of FP&A
Key Requirements
- Exceptional Excel skills (advanced modelling essential)
- Proven FP&A experience in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable operating within manual finance processes
- Background in Financial Services or Professional Services preferred
