We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to lead hiring across Technology and Data functions for a global FinTech organisation. This is a highly visible role with end-to-end ownership of technical recruitment, partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic, high-quality hiring outcomes across the business.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape hiring strategy, drive workforce planning, and support the continued evolution of recruitment processes and technical hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities:
