We are currently partnering with a leading Insurance organisation in their search for an experienced Target Operating Model (TOM) Lead to support on a large-scale Claims Transformation programme. This individual will be responsible for defining, refining, and maintaining the end-to-end Claims Target Operating Model, ensuring it is translated into clear, actionable, and deliverable artefacts.
Essential experience/qualifications required:
- Proven experience leading Target Operating Model design within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong process design and business analysis skills, including detailed process mapping and requirements definition
- Experience working with technology teams, including understanding of configuration vs bespoke solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience, including supporting design authority decisions
Desirable experience:
- Experience within insurance, claims, or regulated environments
- Exposure to multi-entity or joint venture transformation programmes
- Experience supporting change, training, and adoption activities within large programmes
