We're currently supporting a high growth Tech organisation for an Internal Communications Manager. This position sits within the People Experience Team as an individual contributor. The role focuses on crafting clear, global communications that align with business objectives and supporting senior leaders in effectively sharing key messages across the organisation. It is a critical role in strengthening company culture and driving employee engagement on a global scale.
Key priorities include:
- Partner with leaders to shape and deliver strategic communications that align messaging on strategy, culture, and change - advising on content, tone, and timing.
- Lead internal communication strategies for major initiatives and business changes, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and engaging across the organisation.
- Own internal communication channels and content, creating and managing messaging that informs, aligns, and connects employees globally and locally.
- Write, edit, and support executive communications - including presentations, talking points, and announcements - while building tools and templates that improve communication quality across teams.
- Drive culture and engagement through storytelling and creative use of communication channels, measuring effectiveness and continuously improving how information is shared and received.
