We are currently partnering with a PE-backed entertainment organisation in their search for an Interim Payments Programme Manager to support them on a large-scale payments transformation programme. Reporting into the COO, this role will be responsible for leading the rollout and operational implementation of a group-wide payments and cashless infrastructure platform across an international portfolio.
Essential experience/qualifications required:
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and payment platform implementation programmes across multi-site or multi-brand environments
- Strong programme delivery capability, including operational rollout, governance, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience working with payments platforms, commerce infrastructure, POS ecosystems, or high-volume transaction environments
- Strong operational implementation experience, including process standardisation and cross-functional coordination
Desirable experience:
- Experience within live events, festivals, sports, hospitality, ticketing, travel, or consumer commerce environments
- Exposure to cashless payments, RFID, digital wallet, or customer engagement ecosystems
- Experience working across multiple brands, business units, or international markets
- Experience supporting longer-term product strategy, roadmap development, and platform optimisation initiatives
